Conveniently located on Lord Street in Highgate Mi:skn Clinic opened in March 2010 as Perth's first dedicated Cosmetic Acupuncture Clinic.

Based in a federation style cottage Mi:skn Clinic is an elegant and relaxing environment. Each client is given our full attention, you will be made to feel completely at ease while having the confidence that your treatment is of the highest standard.

Our therapists are highly trained professionals who have chosen to become specialised in anti-ageing, skin care and skin disease. We combine Naturopathic medicine and Cosmetic Acupuncture to address all skin concerns naturally and holistically.

Our Expertise

Francesca Perino is Mi:skn Clinic's founder and a specialised Cosmetic Acupuncturist.

Having gained a Bachelor of Science in Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (UK) and London’s Kingston University, Francesca chose to specialise in Cosmetic Acupuncture and has done extensive post-graduate training in both in the UK and Australia.

Combining her experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Cosmetic Acupuncture, Francesca uses the latest techniques and custom made treatments to achieve long lasting results. Her main area of interest is anti-ageing and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

Francesca has also been trained in microneedling (or medical needling) and provides this service to her acupuncture clients, or to those who wish to try a more gentle and holistic approach to this effective therapy.

Francesca is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (UK) and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

Brooke Venables graduated from the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine in Perth with an Advanced Diploma of Natural Medicine and Certificate of Clinical Acupuncture. She has since completed post-graduate courses specialising in Cosmetic Acupuncture, Facial Rejuvenation and Live Blood screening (Hemaview).

Brooke combines her skills in Cosmetic Acupuncture and Naturopathy to use in anti- ageing and skin disease treatments, she has a particular interest in using both modalities in the treatment of adult acne. Brooke assesses each client on an individual basis, uncovering the underlying causes of skin concerns and premature ageing by the use of live blood screening, salivary hormone testing and comprehensive evaluation of medical history, blood tests, diet and lifestyle.

Brooke is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.
