From breakfast to main meals and snacks, Skin:Food is packed with easy-to-follow recipes that are not only delicious but good for your skin! All recipes are grain-free, and sugar-free, and designed to calm, heal and soothe inflammatory skin conditions.
Use the cookbook as you wish, draw inspiration from it to create your own meals, cook from it once in a while or use it every day. If you would like to use Skin:Food as a way to reboot your skin, we suggest you cook from it for every meal for a period of six weeks. This is our clinical recommendation to all our clinic clients struggling with breakouts or any other inflammatory skin condition.
All recipes are designed to be vegan, but can be adapted to suit vegetarians. Simply add eggs and dairy yoghurt to your recipes.
As with any dietary change, we recommend you consult your medical practitioner before embarking on a new regime.
