Skincare: All Medik8 Skincare must be prescribed by a trained skincare professional. If you are buying Medik8 Skincare from our online store we trust the skincare has been prescribed for you and is the correct choice for your skin type. We cannot take responsibility for any skin reaction, incorrect skincare or other user complaints if you have not previously been prescribed the skincare you have purchased. Makeup: Mi:skn Clinic does not accept responsibility for an incorrect colour choice on any makeup purchase. If you are unsure which colour is best for you then please visit our Clinic at 206 Stirling Street, Perth 6000 or go to your Lycogel or Jane Iredale local stockist for a colour match.
All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of purchase unless advised otherwise.
Standard Signed For Shipping is FREE for all orders over $98.
Standard Signed For Shipping for orders under $98 is $10.
All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post Delivery and can be tracked. A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.
All orders are sent with a “Signed For” option so someone must be present to receive it.
If you require next day delivery, please choose the Express Delivery option, which will incur an extra charge of $10.00.
Mi:skn Clinic cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all postage and contact details are correct before completing their order. MI:skn Clinic cannot be accountable for products not received due to the submission of incorrect address or personal details.
Mi:skn Clinic obtains proof of lodgement for all orders shipped, which can be provided upon request. Once the item has been “signed for” by a recipient we do not take responsibility for any undelivered or lost parcels.. National Shipping Times

A full refund will be issued for faulty skincare or makeup packaging or content once the item has been returned and the fault has being accepted by the national distributor.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on skincare or makeup items if you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind. So please choose carefully.
To return your faulty item(s), you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation No. (RMA#) within 7 days of receipt of your order.
How to Return a Faulty Product
- Obtain your RMA# within 7 days of receipt of your order via email or phone by calling Mi:skn Clinic on (08) 9328 3350 Mon-Fri 12pm-7pm AWST.
- All items must be in original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
- Send Returns with RMA# to Mi:skn Clinic, 206 Stirling Street, Perth WA 6000
- Postage costs to return faulty items will not be refunded.
- Please retain proof of postage in case we fail to receive your return package.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
